Great Place, Close to Canyon Lodge
We stayed here for a spring skiing trip and loved it! We walked to Canyon Lodge in the morning and took the Blue Line back (second stop). Great place, loved the location and enjoyed the spa after a day of skiing. We would stay here again.

Great spot for Canyon
This unit was perfect for our family of five. It had everything we needed to enjoy family dinners together. It was a 10 min walk to Canyon and right outside of the garage was the Blue Line bus stop. We would stay there again.

Good Location, Dated Unit
The proximity to Canyons lodge is great, only an 8 minute walk in normal shoes or snowboard boots (probably longer in ski boots as it is uphill).
First night we arrived late and the place was 52 degrees. Even with all heaters cranked (1 was broken) and 2 space heaters, it only got up to 56 degrees at night. The ultra thin blankets did little to warm us up and only one additional comforter was provided. The next day I called and they resolved the heating issue: you need to crank up the fireplace (using the unmarked remote control) and the unit will start to heat up. Why they don’t put this front and center of the description is beyond me.
They also gave us the incorrect lockbox code so I had to call late at night when we first arrived (didn’t need the added anxiety of potentially not being able to get in).
The unit is clean and functional but dated like many of the surrounding condos in the area. The spa was very close to the unit and was clean & hot but was very small (2-3 adults max). The shuttle service #75 stop is right there on the road which is convenient to get to the Village.
Note that the snow will not be cleared between the garage and the road (50 feet or so). With 5-6 inches of fresh snow, I had to put on my chains even after the main road was plowed and mostly dry.
For the right price, I would consider staying here again given the convenience to the mountain. But more likely, I will pay more for a more updated unit with similar proximity.

Utterly Disappointed - will NOT be back
Everything was wrong, and nothing was fixed! The couch was broken, doors were broken, windows wouldn't open, blinds were broken, there was trash from the previous renter still in the garbage, there was UNDERWEAR still in the drawers, there was NO cable when stated there should be, and NO TV remotes. I pulled back the mattress pad and KILLED BUGS UNDER THE MATTRESS PAD. This place was AWFUL, and after 2 days of trying to contact Vacasa and get a callback from them to fix it, I gave up. Do NOT come here! And when there are problems, they won't be fixed. It was embarrassing to bring my family here for a vacation.

Wonderful Visit
I did a last minute snowboarding trip with my kids. This condo was exactly as it appears in the pictures. It was so clean and cozy! We would love to say here again! Just a few things for the owner/management company: toaster did not seem to work properly, window in guest bedroom would not close, windows in master would not open; all little things.....Thanks!

Excellent condo!
Excellent condo! The nicest we’ve stayed at in Mammoth. Mountainback 90 had nice views, very spacious, large living room, remodeled kitchen with lots of counter space, two remodeled bathrooms. Fireplace gave a nice ambiance and heat!
Some suggestions for improvement:
Glasswear - only 2 wine glasses there. Not enough glasses for 5 people. Lots of mugs!
Missed wine opener - we ended up getting one from a neighbor and we left it there.
More frying pans (there’s only 1 medium one)
Scissors
Extra blankets
It was a bit cold in the condo as the wall heaters doesn’t give enough heat, so bring slippers and maybe some blankets. Once we turned fireplace on we realized it gives off a lot of heat actually.
Super convenient to Canyon Lodge. We skied very day. Blue buss line stop is right outside. We never used the car. Would definitely recommend! We’ll be back!

Spacious, clean and cozy
We visited in August 2019. The condo was very comfortable, with beautiful kitchen and living space. We really enjoyed the view from the dining room table. Could benefit from darker blinds in the master bedroom, where the main window faces to the east. That wouldn't be an issue in the winter time.

Beautiful place.
Beautiful condo. Nice location but not ski-in/ski-out; a 10 minute uphill walk to Canyon lodge. Easy enough to drop off skiers and stuff, go back and park in the garage, and then walk back. Living room floor was freezing because it is over the garage and doesn’t get warm. Pack warm socks or slippers. Otherwise it is a very nice place.

HEAD'S UP- This place is NOT ski-in, ski-out!
While this unit was nice, it was NOT ski-in, ski-out as marketed. We even verified this fact with two other owners in the building and the local property manager. So, instead of hitting the slopes directly from our building, we had to take a bus (often delayed) and/or the village gondola. This obviously is less convenient and takes away from time on the slopes (and basically necessitates you eat lunch on the mountain instead of in your condo).
Apparently the units were built in the 1980s. This unit has large rooms and has been nicely updated. The bed linens are nice but the mattresses are only so-so.
This unit is on the first floor and directly above the garage...so the floor was REALLY cold. The owner has installed floor heat, but doesn't give renters access to it. So, be sure to bring warm slippers! After turning on the fireplace, all the wall heaters, and the portable heaters, we finally got the place to a comfortable temperature.
The property manager who came to help us (with the heat, a leaky toilet, broken blinds, off-track closet door, and a broken recliner) was very prompt and nice.
The kitchen has cool, rustic-style dishware, but the rest of the kitchen is equipped with old, mis-matched and random cookware and utensils.
The bathrooms are partially updated, but desperately need towel rods or hooks.
Overall it is a nice condo, but definitely not ski-in, ski-out, which is what we really wanted. We will try another place next time we ski at Mammoth.

Beautiful, updated, and spacious condo!
We really enjoyed our brief stay at this lovely property. Beds, linens and towels all quality and very clean. Very open floor plan and comfortable furniture. Only minor issues with a fuse tripping and the coffee maker tricky to operate but management was very quick and helpful to address. Would definitely stay again!
