Collect your Gold Medal at Podium House Unit 2. Sooth your muscles and mind in one of the two soaking tubs (15-inch water depth) installed in this newly remodeled unit after a busy day skiing, MTB, fishing, and golf with the Village just a short walk away.

The Village at Mammoth Mountain, transportation hub and the Village Gondola are all a seven-minute walk, where you can take free transportation anywhere in the Town of Mammoth Lakes. Your nearest shuttle stops are 17 on Main Street and 90 on Canyon Blvd. Grab a quick bite and a cold one at the Mammoth Brewery, or new Limelight hotel and restaurant which are just five-minute walk. The Lakes-Basin Bike/Rec path are directly behind the Podium House on Lake Mary Road. Or you may choose to relax and recover in this sunny space with mountain views.

For those not wanting to carry their gear daily, ski/board storage lockers are available at: Canyon Lodge/Main Lodge; and at the Village, closest to Podium 2 and the Village Gondola which accesses the Mountain. Eagle lodge only provides boot/shoe storage. Check the mountain website with each base area to see about multi-day rental terms. Otherwise, a dedicated closet in Podium 2 keeps your gear out of the way and lets the edges dry preserving your tune. Don't forget to dry your boots/gloves/mittens with the boot dryer provided in Podium 2!

In a complete interior update of this classic log/timber frame building, Podium House 2 has a clean mountain modern industrial esthetic that is inviting and comfortable. New appliances, finishes and furniture fill the space to bring a gold medal experience with the thoughtful amenities.

A fully equipped cook’s kitchen awaits celebratory meals. The great room boasts an electric fireplace providing ambience and warmth, south-facing windows and small deck with mountain views. Enjoy warm and dry boots/shoes/gloves with the boot dryer. Stow your toys in the dedicated ski/board/rod closet. Efficient and environmentally friendly forced air comfortably heats the unit and there are electric wall heaters in many rooms. Top-down bottom-up cellular shades allowing for views are in every room for privacy and light control.

Cable and a smart TV for streaming are available in the great room, with free Wi-Fi available throughout.

Podium House is a quiet, serene place and is suitable for families with older children, couples, and traveling professionals, with a dedicated work area provided. Each room has a split king bed for couples, or they may be separated into XL twins for singles, sleeping a total of six.

Per terms agreed to by guests, parties and loud noise are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, every day of the week.

There is video surveillance within the development to ensure compliance with condo rules/regulations.

We will offer a 10% discount for 7 night+ stays and price will be adjusted after reservation is booked. Not offered during holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, week of Christmas and after, spring break).

House Rules & Access

We're excited to share our newly finished, beautiful, clean space so please be respectful of the unit so future guests may enjoy it as well. Guests and visitors must be able to climb stairs as there are stairs both outside and inside the unit. Please note our condo is a smoke-free, drug-free and pet-free home.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, no exceptions per the city fire code; Fines will incur for violating.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. unless prior approval given ($50 violation fee accessed). During the holidays, check-in times may be delayed due to increased unit turnovers, but notice will be provided as soon as possible. Also, during the peak holiday season, the minimum number of nights will be increased.

The Podium House is located at 2 Hidden Valley Road, a turn off Lake Mary Road. It is only a short walk to the new Limelight Hotel at the corner of Canyon Blvd and Lake Mary Road, near Village Center and the Village Gondola. Sierra Star Golf Course, Canyon Lodge, Eagle Lodge and Tamarack Nordic Center are all a short drive away.
