Loved the unit. We were a party of seven. We had ample space. The only downside to this unit is that both bathrooms are on the lower level. It was inconvenient during the night using the bathroom if you are sleeping in the loft. The fireplace made for a very cozy environment. We had a fire going all day. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need. Management was very responsive. Would definitely come again.

Property could have been cleaner being that cleaners had until 4 pm. Three spoons in the entire kitchen, wth?Heaters were noisy and intermittent. Dishwasher was stinky and did not function properly. Lots of dog hair on and under couch and random old dog treats in some areas that my dogs found and attempted to eat. Not ONE clock at this property had the correct time or worked. No lights in master bathroom Place could be much more travel friendly if a little attention to detail was present. Probably would not stay at this unit again.

Clean. Dog friendly. Blue print of the home was everything we were looking for in a rental - 3 bedrooms, a loft, and a living room. The rooms were all downstairs which was really nice to separate activities and chatter in the shared spaces from the bedrooms to allow for peaceful rest. Only issue was that the wifi was not connected and had to wait an entire day for a tech to come in and install a new wifi tower and reset the wifi. Not terrible but was a major inconvenience for planning for our race the night before and for those needing to do some remote work.

The condo is fine, it is not as nice as it appeared in the listing, and is overpriced. It is dark, smaller than I expected, and the lighting is insufficient (there are a number of lamps around that don’t even have plugs near them). It’s not a bad rental, there are some nice positives, such as the preserve nearby the view out of the back and the beds were comfortable, it was ultimately fine for us, but it’s priced very high and the photos and description are a bit misleading.

Great location but the house needs a little upkeep
The location of the property was fantastic. At the back, you can see a beautiful snowcapped mountain, and there was a creek, running right behind the townhouse. We set out the two outdoor chairs and gazed out into the distance while sipping wine and petting our dog. It was lovely. Also it was very close to the main square that had fun, shopping center a movie theater and Giovanni restaurant which is one of our favorite restaurants to go every time we come up to Mammoth. It’s about five minute drive to the village and 10 to 15 minutes to Mammoth ski area also very close to the golf range which we visited this time. Not on top of things, so it was a bit more serene then other locations we have visited in the past.
The house comfortably accommodated our family of seven. The master king bed was very comfortable. The other beds were very comfortable, except for the single bed in the loft. In the loft, there was a twin bed and a double bed. The bed was very comfortable, but the twin bed was a bit hard. Flooring was redone with a newer vinyl plank, so that was nice. However, most of the furnishings were a bit outdated. But it was also reflected in the price so I think it’s a give-and-take. Master tub drain was clogged up and the water kept accumulating while taking shower. Refound some human hair under the bed sheet and so much dust in there. Lame stands around the house we wish her house was cleaned a little better.

A wonderful place
We loved every minute spent in this condo. The location is idyllic, woke up to the sound of colorful birds, seeing deers and even a bear in the backyard! The condo is clean, well equipped and cared for. We already tried to book it again (but it is all tased for the summer). Thank you for letting us stay here. We will certainly come back!

Third Party Management Sent Us the Wrong Check-Out Date
The property was fine (although it could use some updating; the appliances are quite old & hot water is sparse), but it is not managed by a homeowner. It is managed by a 3rd party management company. I booked this property in August for a New Years stay. Management sent me an email upon booking in August, including details about the property (e.g. address & key code entry information) & a checkout date of 1/2/18. In November, I emailed to confirm the booking & they sent an email stating our checkout was 1/1/18. I pointed this out & they said our booking through VRBO was for 1/1/18 & their email was an error & shouldn't have been considered a confirmation. They never caught nor corrected this error. I shared their email with the 1/2/18 checkout date w/ our group of 8 upon booking, since whoever arrived first would need the unit access info. As a result, 4 members of our party booked flights departing 1/2/18. This left us with nowhere to stay the night of 1/1/18. Let me tell you it is impossible to find a place for a 1 night stay for a group of 8 on Jan 1st. The other option was for those 4 individuals to pay hundreds of dollars to change their flights. The most disappointing part was management & VRBO's response. Management was rude & dismissive; they acknowledged their "typo" but said I should have known what dates the VRBO booking was for & did absolutely nothing to accommodate--no discount of any sort. VRBO told me to file a complaint on the property, for which there was absolutely no f/u or response. To make matters worse, I recd a call from management at 10:13AM (check out is at 10AM) stating the cleaners told them we were still in the unit & if we didn't vacate we would incur a $100 fee--except that by that time we were already eating breakfast in town, having vacated on-time. I am stunned that a company can send you an email with the WRONG checkout date and make absolutely NO adjustments. It caused a huge disruption/cost for us. I would never consider booking with this company again, especially since customer service was so rude. I should have been more diligent & checked online reviews for the company (there are many poor reviews), but I did not catch that I would be dealing w/ a 3rd party company through VRBO. They also have a negative review on VRBO, but it wasn't submitted until after we booked or I would have paid attention to that since the property only has 5 reviews.

Great location and facilities. Owners apologetic about the age of the microwave but it worked fine and was an interesting appliance. We forget how our digital age has taken over and what we had to deal with just a few years ago. One piece of advice, when I went out to my car one morning a fellow parked a few feet away said his car had been broken into but nothing was stolen. After looking at the shattered windows it was evident he had left his front windows open a little bit and had left some food in the car. A bear had ripped both windows out leaving glass everywhere outside of the car. A ripped bag of popcorn and an empty potato chip bag along with mud on the sills of the car were evidence who the intruder was. A lesson learned.

Absolutely beautiful location right on the gorgeous creek.

Quaint condo with wonderful location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house keeper left things in spotless condition and the condo was nicely furnished. The only negatives were that a burner or two was out on the stove and the hot water seemed in short supply for a party of 4. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay.
