This is a spacious, upgraded one bedroom condo with two full bathrooms in a

location you can't beat close to the slopes perfect for a large family. With a

shared covered parking garage, you can park and not move the car again, walk

to Canyon Lodge lifts or walk to the Austria Hoff to enjoy the infamous happy

hour. This extra large floor plan offers a spacious primary bedroom along with

an additional sleeping area off the living room. The living room features a

dining space for 6, a gas fireplace to cozy up on the sectional and a large

flatscreen Smart TV with Cable. The sleeping area that can be sectioned off

with privacy curtains features a bunk bed with Full on the bottom and Twin on

the top. The fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone

counters offers a breakfast bar area with additional seating and is fully

stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals. There is a full

bathroom next to the bunk area with tub/shower combo. The master bedroom

offers an open floor plan featuring a Queen bed, large flatscreen Smart TV,

office desk space so you can work or school remotely, as well as a private en-

suite bath with upgraded stone counters and tub/shower combo. With wood

flooring throughout, and a private deck, laundry room within the complex, this

unit offers all the conveniences you need. The shared covered parking garage

below the unit means no shoveling required, and the community amenities checks

all the boxes with an outdoor pool (Summer only), covered year-round hot tub

and Sauna, and tennis courts in the Summer. All guests receive complimentary

full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor

heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle

studio and more. There is one assigned garage parking spot, with additional

parking available outside on a first come, first serve basis. If more parking

is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for

alternative options. There are 35 stairs in an enclosed stairwell to the unit

and no stairs inside the unit, please note there is no elevator and the unit

is on the second floor. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people, is non-
