Welcome to Mountainback! Location is everything - this comfortable condo is a short walk to Canyon Lodge (.4 miles) for easy access to the ski slopes, bike park, and public transportation to Canyon Lodge and the Village at Mammoth!
This pet-friendly unit offers easy access with self-check-in, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, parking for 2 cars, (1 space in heated underground garage, height limit 7''; 1 outside), and jacuzzi.

About the space: This pet-friendly, 2-bed, 2 bath, Mountainback condo is an excellent place to enjoy everything you love about Mammoth Lakes. The property is very close to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle – allowing you to access all the great activities Mammoth has to offer right from the front door! The home is decorated with mountain décor and comfortable furnishings, making you feel right at home in the mountains.
This property is a spacious 1262 sq. ft. open floor plan, comfortably sleeping 6 people. The living area has an open floorplan with living room, dining area and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The living room has gorgeous natural light from with large windows, comfortable couches with a queen-sized pullout bed, a flatscreen TV, and a cozy wood burning fireplace. Off the living area is a private deck, perfect for taking in the warm afternoon sun and pine trees.
The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, dressers for clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and an oversized tub/shower. The second bedroom offers two queen sized beds, with dresser/closet space. The second bathroom is located in the hallway, off the second bedroom; it also offers a large vanity and tub/shower.
In the hallway is private in-unit laundry.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, firestarter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.
You will have a wonderful time staying in this lovely home!

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Mountainback. There are two jacuzzis, heated underground parking, community BBQ (seasonal), and outdoor fire pit in spa area (seasonal).
There is 1 assigned parking space in the garage (7'), and 1 spot available in the outdoor parking area. 2 parking passes provided and must be displayed in the vehicles at all times during your stay. This area is very popular during the winter. Street parking on the roads is not allowed in winter months from November to April 30th.

Great condo for weeklong family vacation
This condo was great for our family of four adults and two dogs. We were comfortable and had the necessities needed for our stay. We loved the location as well. We were walking distance to The Village and we enjoyed walking the dogs around the neighborhood in the evenings. One request for future stays: please add screens to the primary bedroom windows. Thank you so much!

Comfortable Condo
The condo was fantastic. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. There were several small items that I think were the responsibility of the Property Management company. The CD player was broken, the fridge door was broken, several windows were missing screens so when it was hot we didn’t want to open the windows because the mosquitoes would come in, the floor fan stand was broken. These small things didn’t impact our stay very much but they were just annoying. One thing that was difficult is the beds in the second bedroom were SUPER HARD. My youngest son, 15, had to sleep on the couch because he couldn’t sleep at all. I tried them and they definitely need a mattress topper. That said we had a great time in the condo. The layout is great and the location superb. Would stay again (if the little things could get fixed).

Very pleasing experience
I stayed with my father and our dog, the property was very accomdating and clean. It was really perfect for our stay. The worst part was we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the space more.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay and it was one of the best condos for our family of five +pet. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We were close to Canyon and even walked to the Village for dinner one night. I highly recommend this condo.

Great condo
We visited Mammoth Lakes to ski before Christmas. The condo is very clean and comfortable and is dog friendly. It has a full kitchen. It is in the walking distance from the Canyon lodge, although al the way walking uphill is required. We would stay there again.
