Villa Son Roig is a traditional Mallorcan house set in the countryside, close to the charming village of Sant Joan and surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. With its beautiful stone walls and rustic decor, the villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spread over two floors, the villa features 3 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, and a cot and highchair (available on request). Guests especially enjoy the spacious outdoor area, which boasts a lovely garden, an 80 m² pool with sun loungers, and a barbecue for preparing meals to enjoy at the large outdoor dining table. A variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be found in the centre of Sant Joan, just a 5-minute drive away (2.3 km), while the nearest beach, Cala Estany d'En Mas, is 34 minutes by car (33 km).
