Friendly personnel, however the apartment had no WiFi, no fridge, no mop to clean the floor (and no room cleaning service) and our third bed was actually a couch. Nice area though, plenty of restaurant and pubs.

The hotel was not open when we arrived but didn't get prior notification. Cost another €6 to get to alternative hotel. Fortunately the Anba Romani was of better quality so didn't complain

Great stay at Slo Y Mar

Although the appartments are a bit outdated they are clean and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Pool area is lovely and the breakfasts are very good. Sea view appartments have great views and the surrounding area is great. The beach is just across the road and good for swimming.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool bar music was too loud and inappropriate, prefer relaxing music. Not enough parasols at pool. Pool quite small and dirty. No comfortable seating at property at all. The wicker chairs we used initially to have coffee in the morning were removed mysteriously. Beds very hard.

Very helpful staff when we wanted a lower floor room on arrival. Also provided hairdryer when requested. Breakfast was good and varied. Pool was quiet but it was early in the season. Very close to lots of bars and restaurants but not noisy in apartment.

Central location close to the beach

Rooms are basic and could be treated as 2 star. Cooking facilities for an apartment are limited with only 1 hob and no oven. Fridge worked but just. Pool was okay but very deep so keep an eye on your kids. Breakfast was mediocre with ranges of got and cold food available. Dinner was much the same. We only spent 5 days and this was enough.

Exceeded expectations

Budget priced apartment in a brilliant location ( 2 minutes from the beach ) pool was great and never full, breakfast was a great surprise with lots of choice between hot and cold dishes Kitchenette was adequate for lunches and light meals but don't expect to cook a 4 course meal.

We had a lovely time nice area close to everything, the only thing that didn't happen that was meant to was the towels changed after 3days and we had to ask twice for them, but other than that staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastiskt lÀge precis vid den underbara strandpromenaden! Kort promenad till hÀrliga stranden i Cala Millor. TyvÀrr alldeles för liten pool för vÄra tvÄ killar (11 och 16 Är). Inga poolhanddukar. Det som var mindre bra var att det saknades en hel del husgerÄd (för fyra personer). Dessutom varken skÀrbrÀda eller brödkniv. Inget extra alls, sÄsom diskmedel/diskstÀll mm. Inte en enda krok i badrummet och vÀxlande varmt/kallt vatten i duschen. Ingen hand- eller duschtvÄl. StÀdning endast en gÄng under vÄr vistelse (6 dagar). Balkongerna smutsiga och ocharmiga.

Au vu des avis sur Booking nous apprĂ©hendions notre sĂ©jours qui au final sa a Ă©tĂ© une belle surprise , l’établissement est proche de tout et accessible facilement , le personnel est au petit soin pour vous Enderic Ă  l’accueil fait tout son possible pour rĂ©pondre au moindres questions et demandes pour l’appartement , de notre cĂŽtĂ© l’appartement Ă©tait Correct certes rustique avec peux ĂȘtre un peux d’appareil qui manque mais il Ă©tait propre et fonctionnel l’insonorisation n’est pas au top mais cela est dans beaucoup d’appart hĂŽtel, les femmes de mĂ©nages vous apporte dĂšs que vous avez besoin des serviettes ou drap et vous font la chambre , la piscine est petite mais agrĂ©able et toujours un petit coins d’ombre pour les fortes chaleurs , quand je voit les avis aussi nĂ©gatif et mĂ©chant je ne comprend pas on ne peux pas avoir un prix attrayant et un 5 Ă©toiles , alors pour ceux qui cherche un appart hĂŽtel simple et proche de tout avec un personnels au soin et gentil vous ĂȘtes au bon endroit pour ceux qui cherche le luxe et un 5 Ă©toile aller au hĂŽtels surpeuplĂ©s un peux plus loins Ă  calla Millor mais aussi 2fois plus cher si vous avez le budget . Ottima posizione, vicinissimo al mare e alla spiaggia di cala Bona. Zona piena di locali, ristoranti e negozi. Appartemento spazioso e con aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, utilizzata spesso considerate le alte temperature di quei giorni. Struttura datata e da manutentare, sia fuori che all'interno dei singoli appartamenti. Per questo il prezzo era adeguato alla struttura.
