This villa in Mallorca is nestled in the heart of the countryside with easy access to both Alcudia old town, and the stunning Alcudia beaches with its shallow and turquoise waters, yet also not far away from the beautiful cove beaches of Cala St. Vicenç, together with old town Pollensa with its chic boutiques, and wonderful choice of restaurants.Gates open into the large spacious grounds of the Villa. A vine covered pergola greets you and the entry door leads into a small vestibule.To the left of the vestibule is a fully fitted traditional style kitchen, which has door and step down leading into the spacious light and airy dining room with glass wall on one side which allows lovely views out onto the expansive lawns and natural gardens. Also off the entry is a complete bathroom with shower over bath.French doors also lead out of the dining room to the gardens with direct access to the pool.To the left of the dining room leads to a large utility room which also comprises WC/ shower room with a walk-in shower recess.To the right of the entry vestibule is the sitting lounge which also has a door leading directly off into the dining room.Stairs lead directly up from the lounge to a small landing. At the top of the stairs to your left is the double bedroom with freestanding wardrobe. On the right is a room with open plan wardrobe space. Further down the hall is a twin bedroom. Note. This bedroom does not have a wardrobe, and uses the wardrobe room next door.The nice pool is located at the back of the villa set to the side of the extensive natural gardens and is accessed by 6 steps up to both the pool and its surrounding sun terrace which captures stunning countryside views and mountains beyond.Below the pool area nestled in the gardens is a delightful pretty iron pergola. Nearby the pool and gardens is an uncovered brick built in BBQ enabling you to enjoy outdoor eating and entertaining.Villa Rotger is a villa in Mallorca ideal for those who wish to get away from it all, especially artists or countryside walkers.
