Maison confortable et agréable. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu manger dehors à cause du fléau de moustiques sur les terrasses. Nous regrettons également de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la grande piscine appartenant à P&V (possibilité d'y accéder moyennant une charge exubérante de € 45,00/personne/jour!) bien que l'annonce donne l'impression que la maison peut profiter de toutes les facilités du domaine de Pont Royal. La communication avec la direction de Novasol est en-dessous de tout. Ayant dû quitter la maison une semaine plus tôt à cause du Covid nous n'avons reçu aucune compensation/geste (eau/ électricité non consommées, taxes de séjour payées à l'avance) de la part de Novasol qui ne prend même pas la peine de répondre à nos e-mails. DOMMAGE!
