Bungalow 'Smart' with Private Terrace and Private Garden

Herzlich Willkommen in der Casa Smart - Ferienhaus am Fleesensee. Unser Ferienhaus ist komfortabel ausgestattet und befindet sich in bester Lage in der Ladewigallee 4a in unmittelbarer Nähe des Fleesensees. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich am Stadtrand ca. 100 m Entfernung zum Fleesensee in sehr ruhiger Lage direkt am Waldrand, der öffentliche Badestrand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es stehen Ihnen 2 Fahrräder zur kostenlosen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein PKW-Stellplatz.



Das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Die letzte Renovierung wurde im Jahr 2024 vorgenommen. Auf 34 m² bietet der Bungalow Platz für bis zu 4 Personen mit einem Wohnzimmer und einem separaten Schlafzimmer. Die gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine (Filter und Nespresso). Entspannen Sie auf der überdachten Terrasse oder nutzen Sie den privaten Garten mit Grill für gemütliche Abende.



Die Anreise erfolgt bequem per Self Check-in. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Zufahrt über unbefestigte Wege führt und am besten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Ein Haustier ist nach Absprache willkommen.



In der Umgebung erwarten Sie Bootsfahrten, Ausflugsdampfer sowie ein kostenfreies Strandbad mit Abenteuerspielplatz. In der Nähe befindet sich die Landesbrandschule Malchow.
