Great View with a few caveats

First, the view the view the view. The balcony was great. The furniture a little damaged but works. The kitchen was decently equipped but only had pepper, no salt or oil. We only got one trash bag so bring more of your own. The room was decent size but a little stuffy at night. The living room has air conditioning but we didn’t need to use it. My main concern was the check in through my garda. They make you sign an additional contract and you have to go through the apartment to “find anything damaged” by 10am the day after checking to make sure they don’t charge you for it. A little scary as we didn’t use the dishwasher and laundry by then. And this contract is present AFTER you have been charged so it’s not like you are going to say I’m not staying there now. Also they say to dispose of rubbish, not sure where they expect you to do this as they don’t have trash disposal on site and no instruction on how to do it offsite? Overall, amazing stay. Would stay here again. Walking (a little long but manageable) to town and the beach. Loved watching the sunset from the balcony.

Alles wichtige vorhanden. Die Terrasse und der Blick sind wunderbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Mülltonnen sind nicht vor Ort. Dazu muss man die Straße nach oben laufen, eine kurze Strecke nach rechts zur nächsten abbiegenden Straße. Die Tonnen befinden sich dann direkt rechter Hand. Das Trennen des Mülls ist üblich.

Super Blick auf den Ser

Wir haben die Abende mit dem Blick auf demSee genossen. Jeden Abend ein anderes Bild durch Wolken , Sonne etc.Die Ausstattung war gut! Etwas unbequem war das Schlafsofa, auf Grund Abende mit Regen waren wir gezwungen uns drinnen zu aufzuhalten! Der Weg nach Malcesine war in 15 Minuten zu erreichen wir werden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und sicher noch einmal wiederkommen !

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Badezimmer ist renoviert. Die ruhige Umgebung und der Ausblick sind großartig. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es genügend Stauraum, das Bett/Matratze war sehr gut. Allerdings wären ein paar Haken im Flur für Garderobe nützlich. Nach ein paar Tagen hatten wir Ameisen in der Wohnung. Vielleicht ist das Problem bekannt, denn es gab Ameisen-Köder. Da wir am nächsten Tag abgereist sind, kann ich nicht beurteilen, ob das ein größeres Problem ist. Für uns hat alles gut gepasst. Badezimmer renoviert.

kurzer Überblick

Der Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen Apartment war super, ruhige Lage und doch waren wir zu Fuß schnell im Ort. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und der Balkon ist ausgezeichnet. Es wäre schön, wenn bei 2 Personen 2 Bettdecken vorhanden wären, nicht nur ein gemeinsames Laken und ein quer zu legenden Federbett für beide, damit man getrennt im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer schlafen kann. Wir hatten glücklicherweise etwas dabei, um uns getrenntes Schlafen zu ermöglichen. Gut wäre auch eine Info, dass sich die Mülltonnen nicht am Haus, sondern an der Einmündung Via Fornaci mit Via Navene vecchia befinden. Die Betreuung durch Claudia war super, ich könnte mir keine bessere Betreuerin vorstellen. Es gab Bezahlprobleme mit der Visacard, sie hat das souverän geregelt. Danke! Wir können das Apartment und Mygardaholiday sehr empfehlen.

Nice and quiet

The property feels new and clean. The L shape balcony is brilliant and has a great view. The location is quiet and 15 minutes walk from the centre. Sadly the laundry machine didn’t work, yet the property manager did try to solve it asap.
