Main door with access card, 24 hour security, spacious parking in the basement, two passenger lifts, one service lift, swimming pool and fitness area


Other facilities include the "Indomaret" shop, the "Sido Tentrem" food stall, the "Wahana" package service, the "Everyday" Hotel on the 7th, 11th, 18th floors and the Ballroom on the 19th floor.


This apartment is strategically located in the city center so it is close to universities, shopping and food centers.


However, there are several minus points in this apartment, rental price do not include vehicle parking fees, there are no extra beds in all rooms, all the rooms here are free for smoking because there is no special smoking room, it is not soundproof so you may often hear noises from the corridor or neighbors, you often smell cooking because of the lack of air suction, there is no wifi, the corridor will look dirtier during peak hours, the condition of the facade is slightly less maintained by the management, it takes longer to wait for the elevator if the schedule is busy, sometimes the officers in the area who were previously good can suddenly become grumpy but don't worry they won't bit you hahaha...

As tenants we are required to:
To attach personal identification, maintain cleanliness while renting the room, respect your neighbors by not making too much noise, not making random rubbish, must keep bed sheets and bed covers clean and not damage room equipment such as electronic devices or room interior, not allowed to take things home Those in the room are prohibited from bringing alcoholic drinks and illegal drugs, are not allowed to bring pets, wear polite and neat clothing.
