While the hotel is very centrally located, there is no way to reach it by car. We had to park a few blocks away and call the front desk for a bellman to help us with our luggage, which is inconvenient with my wife in a wheelchair.

My concerns about this Hotel is: first day of arrival was typical UPSCALE reception. Than after couple days things did change. Bath towel had a huge hole on center of the towel ( got two pictures to prove that). Hotel manager ( young lady with eye glasses) was very attentive and carrying for guests of 5th FLOOR ONLY, very embarrassing situation, basically she was kneeling down near to the tables at the dining room, giving privileged attention to guests from 5th floor . Strange place for the price I paid for 10 days stay. ( over $4.100 USA dollars.

Our flight was cancelled and we had to scramble to find a hotel for the evening. What a relief to land here! The staff could not have been nicer — warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful at a stressful time. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of great options to pop out for dinner just steps away. Highly recommend!

I loved our one night stay at the clean modern hotel in the centre of the city. Its location was perfect - next to great bars, the hop-on Hop-off bus, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Just 3 minutes walk to the beautiful Cathedral. But it wasn’t too horribly busy on the streets directly outside because it is pedestrianised road. It’s a great city to explore from here. The reception staff were outstanding - helpful, friendly and welcoming and the staff in the restaurant and bar were excellent too. The cocktail bar on floor six is highly recommended for a great selection of drinks and lovely atmosphere and the view of the Cathedral and rooftops. It doubles as the breakfast restaurant in the morning from 7.30am - a delicious, generous choice of healthy fruits, cheese, meats, eggs. They have an impressive choice of gluten free options which was tasty. We booked a double room on the first floor, (overlooking the side street) with Hotels.com (Expedia) and got a favourable rate. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. We loved it here

I don’t usually do reviews but had to do one for this hotel. We stayed here for 7 nights, the hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is wonderful, it has a beautiful rooftop terrace with a restaurant and a wonderful view of the Malaga cathedral. It’s perfectly located in the Old Town and is walkable to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. The staff are amazing, every one of them were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good. If I had to pick anything negative to say it would be that the shower is in the bathtub, it was not an issue for us but could be for others. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great Hotel
