Really disappointed with this hotel. Chosen as a short cab ride to airport flight the next day. Hotel details state restaurant and breakfast included. We were looking forward to our evening meal either in the hotel or finding a nice local restaurant. Slightly disconcerted with the local area as predominantly housing estates and no eating establishments in sight. At check in we were shown a small, canteen like area used for breakfast. Once settled in our room I rand reception to book a table for dinner and was abruptly told they did not have a restaurant and we would have to ‘go outside’. No help or recommendations were given and after walking for about an hour in not very pleasant areas we found a bar with food. I will not bore you with details, just to say we made our way back to the hotel hungry. When pointing out to the receptionist that the advertisement was wrong he advised it is Hotels.com fault! When checkout the following morning a different receptionist advised that they could have booked a nice restaurant and cab, 6 minutes away. Being disappointed is an understatement

Our 1 bedroom stay was clean, modern and functional with plenty of storage space. Staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Here are a few things to note if you book here: There is a nice grocery store within a 5 min walk. Main plaza is easy to navigate to taking 15 mins to walk to. Free parking was hard to find near the hotel so we had to pay 20 euro per night for parking. We didn't receive instructions on how to use their parking garage ahead of time as there are no signs on the outside and there are steps involved to get a space. It would be nice if they include parking info when we booked. Ask for instructions ahead of time if you have a car. Breakfast was decent but the layout for food/plates/toast is awkward with patrons criss crossing each other. The eating area is on the small side so in peak times you'll need to wait for a table. Arrive in non peak times to avoid it.

Although we spent limited time within the hotel/rooms themselves, the time that we did spend was enjoyable, comfortable and pleasant. Staff are all very accommodating and always talk to you when you pass by. The lady when we first checked in was very helpful and informative and made us feel welcome from the start of our stay. The room was spacious and contained many facilities and appliances that you would need within day to day living such as an oven top, iron, bin and a variety of utensils along with knives, forks amd spoons. Room service is daily around 3pm and replaces bedding, towels amd cleans bins, dishes etc. Plenty of shower gel, soaps and other creams available. Breakfast included had a large variety of choice including sweet and savory foods with a selection of juices, milks or water if you prefer. Access in and out of the hotel is very easy requiring a key card (your door card) for lift usage. Would fully recommend and will be using again in the future!

Was a fantastic base for exploring the city. The suites are modern, clean, and well designed—with a fully equipped kitchen. The air conditioning worked well, which was a huge plus in the heat. Breakfast was generous and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the vibe was relaxed. We especially appreciated the little touches—like the free laundry facilities and the location to a supermarket and shopping centre. Location-wise, it’s about a 15 minute walk to the city centre, which felt manageable and safe. We walked into the city centre for dinner most nights
