The Space:

As you enter, you’re welcomed into a bright and well-designed living and dining area, ideal for a comfortable stay for two. A large window brings in natural light, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout the space.

The open-plan kitchen is compact but well equipped for preparing simple meals (please note there is no oven), and its layout helps keep the apartment feeling open and practical.

The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a calm setting to unwind after a day out. It also features an ensuite modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Set in a quiet residential building, the apartment offers a peaceful stay while staying close to the beach and local life.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the apartment. The building has a shared main entrance and staircase (no elevator), used by other guests.

You’ll also have access to the shared rooftop terrace, accessible by stairs, with seating areas and sun loungers—perfect for relaxing in the sun.



The Neighborhood:

Pedregalejo is one of Málaga’s most charming seaside neighborhoods, known for its relaxed and local atmosphere. Once a traditional fishing area, it now combines coastal living with a lively yet laid-back vibe.

The apartment is just 700 meters from the beach and promenade, lined with restaurants, cafés, and traditional chiringuitos where you can enjoy fresh seafood by the sea.

All essentials are within easy reach, including supermarkets, bakeries, and local shops. Just 100 meters away, you’ll also find the David Lloyd Málaga gym, with premium facilities and padel courts.

It’s a great area if you’re looking for a quieter, more authentic stay while still being well connected to the city center by bus or taxi.



Please note that parking is limited in the area, especially during the summer, so bringing a car is not recommended.



Getting Around:

Getting around Pedregalejo is simple and convenient. Frequent bus services connect the area to Málaga’s historic center in about 15–20 minutes. Taxis and ride-hailing services are also easy to find.

If you enjoy walking or cycling, the seaside promenade offers a scenic route all the way to the city center.

As parking is limited, especially in high season, we recommend using public transport or taxis.



There are currently some renovation works taking place in the surrounding area, so occasional noise may be experienced during the day.

Please note that the kitchen does not include an oven. Parking in the area is limited, especially during summer.
