Precioso piso dos dormitorios totalmente exterior, con una cuidada decoración. Amplio salón con un sofá recientemente renovado de 2,50 cm tipo cheslong, cocina muy bien equipada, baño completo con ducha. Dormitorio principal con cama 150cm, cuarto secundario con cama 105 cm y cama 90 cm. Dispone de calefacción central, algo no común en los pisos de Málaga y aire acondicionado para el verano. Le hará sentirse como en casa.
Cerca del museo Picasso, Alcazaba, y otros lugares de interés. A 15min andando de la playa. Junto al tren de cercanías que lleva por toda la costa y a 5 min andando de las estaciones de tren y bus, para poder visitar otras ciudades, Granada 1,30h, Sevilla 2,30h.

Si necesitas parking tenemos uno en edificio cercano, gratis para estancias superiores a 5 noches, deben avisar con al menos 7 días de anticipación.

Great Location

Really enjoyed the neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby. Reasonably quiet at night. Near grocery, Mercado, bakery, coffee and laundromat. Walking distance to shopping, harbor, museums, etc. Very clean property. Be prepared for small shower and kitchen. During cold months be sure to coordinate with owner re heat — we stayed the month of February, 2024.

Month in Malaga

We spent a month in Maria's apartment in Perchel, an authentic, not too touristy neighborhood in Malaga. The apartment was very comfortable and everything was exactly as advertised. We are very experienced travelers, and Maria was by far the best host we have encountered!! The location is superb - close to the Centro Historico, Mercado, and bus and train station - and in a real, lively Spanish neighborhood full of shops, bars and good restaurants.. The whole experience was wonderful.

The apartment has an optimal position near the centre of Malaga. The price is below the average and it is right for the structure and the position. Piccasso Flat

We had a wonderful stay in Malaga at Maria’s Picasso flat for six weeks from February 27th until April 12th 2019. Maria is a great, concerned and attentive host who is always willing to help her tenants. We were met at the Malaga airport by a taxi driver, which was all arranged by Maria, who then took us to the flat and later that day we had a visit from Maria’s associate MarieCarmen who explained the appliances, the internet access, the location of the local stores and markets and the area in general. The apartment is very nice and well-furnished although the kitchen is quite small and took some getting used to but we used it to cook most of our meals. The apartment is on the first floor using stairs to access and over a very busy restaurant. The neighbourhood garbage bins, just across the street, are emptied at 2’ish every morning which we found rather noisy. In fairness however, we must add that we live in a small community on Vancouver Island and as such, we are not accustomed to the city noise. The flat could not be in a better location! It is a quiet, safe neighbourhood within walking distance of the many sites in Malaga and our stay there was very pleasant. The local metro, which also goes to the airport for 1:85 euro, is only a three or four minute walk and the local buses are accessed even closer. The bars and cafes are all around the area are really good and travelers are well received by all. The Café Bar Cuarteles, two minutes away, is particularly friendly and serve great tapas and fish of all types. All in all, a great stay. Ed & Sue Campbell River, BC Canada

Muy buena estancia

El apartamento esta cerca del centro y zona tranquila con todos los servicios necesarios. Maria y su madre, encantadoras, que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Nos proporcionaron para nuestro bebe, cuna, trona, bañera... tuvimos todo lo necesario en nuestra estancia. Sin duda un lugar para repetir.

Casa acogedera y con encanto

Estuvimos alojados en este coqueto piso en agosto de 2016 y la estancia fue agradable. El barrio es muy tranquilo con todo tipo de servicios en los alrededores y próximo al centro. María fue de mucha ayuda para descubrir lugares a los que no hubiéramos llegados, tanto en los alrededores de Málaga como dentro la ciudad. Sin duda Málaga es un lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia.

Alles gut!

Eine gute Ferienwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Alles voll funktionsfähig. Bad, Toilette, Küche - alles super. Die Vermieterin (Maria) ist klasse! Sehr hilfreich und gibt sich wirklich Mühe, den Aufenthalt für ihre Gäste möglichst angenehm und problemlos zu machen. Leider konnte wir sie persönlich nicht kennenlernen, da sie zur Zeit unserer Reise krank war. Haben aber alle Themen sehr schnell über WhatsApp und Handy gelöst. Die Kommunikation war also wirklich top! Der einzige Minuspunkt bei der Wohnung (das muss leider erwähnt werden) ist der Lärmpegel... Der war schon teilweise grenzwertig während unseres Aufenthaltes, vor allem durch die große Baustelle direkt neben dem Haus. Die Müllleerung um zwei Uhr nachts und dann die Baustelle ab 7.30.... Das war nicht schön. Zum Glück gab es zwei lange Wochenenden (August in Malaga halt ;-) und irgendwann hatten die Bauarbeiter noch zusätzlich Ferien (Gott sei dank.....). Ansonsten alles prima. Ein großer Supermarkt um die Ecke war mega praktisch. Die Stadtmitte ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt genau in der Mitte zwischen zwei Stränden (La Malagueta und La Huelin) - wir sind zu allen Stränden (auch ein bisschen weiter weg) mit E-Scooters gefahren. E-Scooters haben wir auch sonst generell viel benutzt, um in der Stadt rumzukommen.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Der Empfang war sehr nett. Maria erklärt alles und gibt auch in der Umgebung viele Tipps zum einkaufen und essen gehen und für Ausflüge. Wir haben den Garagenstellplatz mit angemietet der ist unter dem Wochenmarkt was auch sehr gut war. Die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig, es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Zentrum von Malaga ist fußläufig zu erreichen, für die Stadtstrände kann man sehr gut den Bus nehmen.

Shortened Stay

We really enjoyed our brief stay. Maria was great in offering us help when we arrived. She was also very helpful in our efforts to leave due to the Corona virus. The location is great for touring the old centre of town and for the many museums. Close to shopping, the train station and the bus terminal. It is a good 1/2 hour walk to the beach, but well worth it when you get there. The unit is nice, but the location is noisy at night with the garbage collection at 2 am and sometimes with people out in the street until midnight. Close to a grocery store. When Spain was locked down Maria was nice enough to tell us we could stay as long as we had to. We were sorry to cut our visit short, but really enjoyed it.

Home away from home

Had a wonderful visit to the Malaga area. Maria was very helpful and welcoming! The apartment was very well situated near bus and train stations and an easy walk to the popular downtown areas. A good place to stay to visit this interesting city and find a few tapas and churros!

Malaga holiday

We loved the apartment and were pleased to be close to the centre of Malaga. We walked everywhere. Our disappointment s related to the noisy bin emptying every night at 2.00 am and the even noisy building work which started at 7.15 a.m. on the weekdays. It is frustrating to have sleep disrupted every night and early in the morning when on holiday. Other than that we made the most of every day

Wunderschönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr zentrale Lage, ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Maria hat super funktioniert und sie hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Familienurlaub in Malaga in der calle montalban

Die Wohnung war großzügig, Supermarkt, Bahnhof, Bus und el Corte Ingles fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Stadt war nur 15 bis 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Maria, unsere Vermieterin, war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend.

Douceur et bienveillance à Malaga

Nous avons été rassurés par l'accueil sympathique qui nous a été réservé par Maria, tant à notre arrivée qu'à notre départ. C'est une propriétaire sérieuse et soucieuse d'assurer un bon séjour à ses locataires. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien situé, à côté du centre historique, de la gare ferroviaire et routière ainsi que des commerces et des restaurants. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung hat uns ausnehmend gut gefallen. Sie war gut ausgestattet mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Waschmaschine, Toaster etc.; es hat nichts gefehlt. Die einzelnen Zimmer (zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer) waren geräumig und insgesamt war alles wohnlich eingerichtet. Bus und Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, mehrere Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants ebenfalls. Vermieterin Maria ist allzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich fürsorglich um ihre Gäste. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Maria was a good Hostess ensuring we had everything we needed to make our 9 night stay comfortable. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and all the furniture was in great repair and comfortable. It is easy walking distance from both the train and bus stations as advertised, approx 30 minutes to the beaches. You can go to the train station and pick up a 10 fare bus pass for 8E30 and the number 3 bus, 2 blocks away, takes you right to the beach. So for us the location was not ideal. As for facilities, there was no tumble dryer as advertised, the wifi was shared and really really slow. In addition we found it noisy at night. The garbage bins just across the street (6 of them) are picked us at 2ish every morning.
