Country house located only a 15-minute drive from Malaga city, Andalucia.
This authentic, two-storey country house is ideal for a group of 18 people, who will enjoy some unforgettable holidays in the hills and mountains that back the capital city of the Costa del Sol. This precious holiday home guarantees long moments of quietness, and a secluded spot where you can make the most of the natural environment that envelops the house. The cherry on the pie is the possibility of enjoying the most spectacular starry skies you have ever seen, thanks to the complete absence of light pollution.
The whole decoration of the house features charming rustic vibes that, together with the comforts provided in the house, ensure a dream stay.
On the ground floor of the house, you will find a spacious dining room with fireplace, where the whole group can gather to enjoy their meals and long talks, also thanks to the picturesque fireplace that contributes to warming the ambience. A fully-equipped independent kitchen is located right next to the dining room, as is a pool table, which will help a few family members spend some fun moments. On the ground floor, there is one bathroom with shower and three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and one with two twin beds and two bunk beds.
An internal staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor. Here, there is a spacious living room with sofas, where the 18 family members can gather, talk and enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the house. Another kitchen is accessible from this room, where you will find a washing machine. The first floor features three more bedrooms, increasing the total amount of the house to six. Two of them are equipped with one double bed each, whereas the in the third bedroom, you will find two bunk beds. A bathroom with shower is located on this floor, as are radiators in the whole house.
From both levels, you can access the outdoor area. Upstairs, you are provided with a splendid wooden terrace with chill-out furniture and two areas for “al fresco” dining that provide enough space for the whole family. Downstairs, a gorgeous little patio welcomes a third dining area, shadowed under a pergola.
This house is part of a complex, and it shares the outdoor facilities with two other buildings, which include the swimming pool, a 14-place parking space at the entrance of the complex, a ping-pong table, an enclosure where a few chickens and a pony live, and a laundry room, which you can use at an extra cost.
The access to the house is possible via a paved lane.
