This beautiful holiday home is an isolated, detached house. The privileged setting in the middle of nature and the heart of the province of Malaga, which is less than 20 km, guarantees full privacy and tranquillity. The property is also the perfect spot where to relax after a day spent discovering the beauties of the capital city of the Costa del Sol. The villa is ideal for a family holiday, or a relaxing getaway with your better half since it relies on all the comforts and amenities to make your stay the best possible.
This marvellous, two-storey house features three bedrooms on the first floor, which you can access from the left part of the living space. All of them have been designed in a modern style and painted with relaxing colours that ensure the quietest sleep. Two of them are equipped with one double bed each, and in the third bedroom, you will find two twin beds. Besides, the three bedrooms are also equipped with wardrobes and chests of drawers for you to unpack and store your clothes neatly. The house is also provided with two bathrooms with a shower (one on each floor).
The remaining part of the indoor area welcomes a spacious dining-living room, equipped with a 6-place dining table, a sofa, a wood-burning fireplace and a 50-inch TV with USB. The room's decoration, in the shades of white, combined with the wooden furniture and peculiar ceiling, creates a rustic ambience, where warmth and cosiness are the absolute masters. Near the lounge room, you will find an independent kitchen, equipped with glass-ceramic, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, smaller appliances and full kitchenware.
The house is equipped with warm/cool air-con and central heating via hot-water radiators in the bedrooms.
The spacious fenced plot of roughly 3,000 square metres is divided into three parts: two porches (one in the backyard and one in the front yard), the garden and the pool area. In the porches, you will be able to enjoy delicious food in the area for "al fresco" dining and relax in the shade on the hammocks. This area of the house is ideal for a family BBQ, as well as allowing you and your beloved ones to enjoy the saltwater of the private pool. The plot is completely fenced, and the access is possible through a motorized iron gate; on the right side, you will also find a private parking lot and an outdoor toilet.
The access to the villa is possible via an unpaved lane.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
