The responsible persons at reception are good, and cooperative,,, but.. Only two persons seen fr the whole duration.. One worker and his assistant, the worker is the one who cleaned toilets, sinks, collected used towels, emptied waste bins, put new bags inside waste bins,supplied tea, coffee, new towels, waters,, with the same hands used fr cleaning,, no gloves,, no hygiene,, no concern with sanitation and hygiene conditions..... Late response fr calls at room services and house keeping.. The bus driver was busy with his mobile during driving, No care with other cars' drivers arround him..!!

Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram. Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good! Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need.
