The room was clean and tidy including the bathroom. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The distance to the premises of the Kaaba was reasonable. The price was really good/cheap. The only thing i don't like is the location on hill, but, they always are one call away to get you to/bring you back from the haram. I highly recommend this

The hotel location was wrong in Google and took me to Ajyad. Later I had another taxi to drop me in the Hotel in Shaeeb Amar. The Hotel name is Alusoul Almaysia (not Al Asoul Almaysai) The room service was bad. I was not given bathroom tissue and towel on time. The hotel was up on a high mountain, however the hotel provides rides to and from Haram.

This would have been 1 starts because of the awful experience when we first arrived. Despite paying in advance, the receptionist on duty informed us that all bookings has been canceled and no rooms available. After several back and forth, we were asked to stay in the mosque for 3hrs before we can check in because there are no beds in the room. It was quite an unpleasant experience after a long journey. Thankfully, the receptionist on duty the following day made us comfortable. The rooms were cleaned on request and towels changed too. The location is just 20mins walk to haram. Difficult to get good food nearby but that should not be a problem if you can get to the clock tower where you'll find variety.

The hotel is clean and overall not bad, but it’s on the top of a hill, they have a golf cart but the staff are very lazy and they’re never down to pick you up when returning to the hotel, also the location is very confusing it took us 6 hours to find it, every time we pay an Uber or taxi they drop us in the middle of no where telling us they can’t find it, we paid 4 cars to get there. If they get more golf cars and get a little bit serious the hotel would be great.

When we arrived at the hotel they didn’t find our booking. We wait at the reception for 3 or more hours The guy was rude with us he doesn’t want to give us a room. At the end he give us just 2 days not 3

Le personnel est très sympathique. Et une appréciation particulière pour : - Yaassir (le réceptionniste) : très souriant, et très à l’écoute. Il fait tout pour satisfaire les demandes dans les meilleurs délais. - Haani (le vigile) : très sympa et très souriant. N’hésite pas à s’amuser avec les enfants et à partager les bons plans de restaurant, d’endroits de visite et autres. - le conducteur du golf qui travaille du soir au matin : très disponible et gentil. Il nous a même aidé à transporter nos affaires jusqu’à en bas de la descente afin de prendre un taxi. Cependant le conducteur du golf de la journée, ce serait bien s’il prend exemple sur l’autre conducteur, et s’il arrête de faire patienter les gens inutilement, tout en étant sur son téléphone portable, plutôt que de faire son job… Lorsque tu vois les autres conducteurs de golf des hôtels a proximité faire 2 allers retours, lui il te fait attendre avec pour objectif de faire moins d’aller retour
