I booked this Guest House for my daughter and her friend for three nights based on the positive reviews from the Hotels.com app and a couple of other sites.  Which I don't think are now genuine.    Unfortunately - this is one of the worst experiences we have endured.  The room was disgusting to say the least. It was dirty, dead insects, soiled bed linen and pillows, a used condom too!    When the girls asked for the room to be changed or the items to be replaced but the management or staff were unwilling to help and were extremely rude.   They also dismissed the situation and demanded that the girls leave.  In addition, slurred racists comments too. We are all shocked and have reported this to Hotels.com and waiting for a full refund.

Great choice!

The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. I absolutely loved that there was hot water majority of the times in the shower and it was hot water like I haven’t experienced very often in guesthouses in India. The AC is awesome as well as in it’s a much needed item in a very hot city like Goa. Downside: The walls could use some work! They look pretty run down!
