Basic but cheap

Very basic but you get what you pay for and it wasn’t uncomfortable. Not the cleanest place I have ever stayed

Awful and very unclean

Awful hoteland rooms were very unclean. Used spoons etc left with coffee, shower had soap from previous occupant

The top floor rooms are dated in decor and carpet, the ceiling in the bathroom had water pouring through it, needed buckets to catch the drops. Mold in the bathroom, no mechanical ventilation. The rooms are not serviced daily, one towel provided, no bathroom mat for floor when you get out of bath or shower. Furniture dated and not fit for purpose. Cleaning needs improving as cobwebs on ceiling and corners, carpet dated from the 50's. Noisy from some work activity going on by staff till late.

Foods provided really tasted delicious.

It did surprise me, the quality of the food was very good and delicious. The service in the restaurant is high quality, friendly and happy to help you. Dining can be discounted if you are staying at the same time.
