Extremely disappointed with the service as we had called before hand to ask about the amenities and they said everything is available, however, after reaching the hotel, no amenities were available except the pool which was extremely dirty and full of chlorine. Table tennis and pool table was promised in the pictures but completely broken at the property. Staff was rude to is quite a lot of times especially during check out. Food was average and had to wait in line for a long time for the food to arrive even after specific time requesting for Jain food before even booking. Overall not a good experience and can definitely opt for another resort at a much better rate with the same amenities

Whatever was shown as pictures..while doing booking, shanti villa was very horrible experience, dirty linen,old furniture and unhygienic experience We were completely fooled by the pictures shown in website of hotels.com, that what received as reality

It's really worst hotel stay for my family.Reception staff very rude they don't care for hotel owners business.i left two booked rooms one day in advance . Where I waisted my 10k...Just imagine how this organization is.kindly don't recommend any one for this hotel.

Nightmare experience

It is the worst experience ever ... Will not recommend this hotel.. rooms are smelly, bedsheets and washrooms are not clean at all. It gave me a feeling that I burned my money by staying in this hotel.... No amenities ... Even available amenities ... No one will think of using..... Staff was very rude ... Nightmare experience ...

"PATHETIC room and SERVICE"

We stay for one night, the room condition was "PATHETIC", I booked 2 rooms worth 6200 Rs/ each it is not at all worth. Food was also very bad. Arrogant and unhelpful staff. Room condition were as if they were not cleaned from Decade, dirty curtains. On website it is mention check in and checkout time as 11:00 AM, but when you will go there then will come to know that the check in and check out time is 8:00 AM. I will recommend do not book this Hotel, and don't go there
