Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt etwas ungepflegt und vernachlässigt. Es gab zahlreiche Mängel und Defekte. Ein paar davon konnte der sehr freundliche Vermieter zwar zeitnah lösen, andere Mängel erfordern allerdings deutlichen Renovierungsaufwand. Hier nur ein paar Beispiele: Fliegengitter teilweise kaputt, Terassenmöbel teilweise kaputt, Terassentüren streifen am Boden und lassen sich kaum richtig verriegeln, Schranktüren kaputt, Bett hängt durch weil Stütze unbrauchbar, Spülmaschine kippt beim Öffnen. Der Weg vom Haus zum Pool war sehr weit und ebenfalls ungepflegt, so dass man bei der Treppe sehr vorsichtig sein musste. Die Liegen waren nicht sauber und Sonnenschirme gab es gar keine. Die Beschreibung des Hauses auf der Webseite ist nicht ausführlich genug. Es ist nirgends erkennbar, dass das dritte Badezimmer nur aus Toilette, Bidet und Waschbecken besteht, aber keine Dusche aufweist. Das Haus und die Einrichtung wird der Formulierung "...komfortabel und modern eingerichtet..." bei weitem nicht gerecht.
