Its is very clean hotel and the hotel area is very quiet neighborhood. Hotel staff are very helpful. Only thing i dont like is the hotel area is far from commercial shopping area and eating area but my overall experience with this hotel is still excellent.

Room design was great for four adults. Very clean. It did help that we had a Spanish speaker otherwise I may have struggled with checkin. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fine in a dull area of Madrid my only complaint was one day there was a public holiday in Madrid City “San Isidro” However the hotel decided to close all the facilities Bar and Resteraunt Leaving their guests in a dead zone with no facilities Hotels are a service economy not part of local government so ended up stuck in dead zone with no alternatives

This hotel was relatively convenient to the Madrid airport which is why we stayed there. The staff was nice and rooms were clean, but very small, dark and poorly lit and actually kind of depressing.
