Breakfast is really good. Bedrooms and beds are on the small side. Looks like a common characteristic around Madrid hotels. Location is convenient. Need to walk 10 min to subway or bus stops.

Nice stay! The staff was friendly and very helpful. room was quiet, clean but small. Breakfast was good! The area where hotel is located is busy with small businesses around but no restaurants although there is a very impressive mall close by.

For a holiday Inn it was a little run down both outside and inside. The parking is underground and a bit hard to get in and out. If you have a large car you may struggle a bit. The rooms are a little worn and run down. For the price they charge and how far it is from the city center, I don't think it's worth it. The only pros are the breakfast is good, the metro is close but it takes 1:10 hr to get there. The staff is friendly as well. We only stayed here because there were many other options when we travleled.

Nice place to stay close to airport but far away from Madrid Downtown. Uber or taxi services are insaly expensive, but there is a bus/metro stop 10 to 15 min walking away.
