This is a practical and functional 25 m² apartment, ideal for up to four guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It is located on a quiet ground floor level of the building.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a 1.35 m double bed, bed linen, and an electric radiator.
There is a modern bathroom with a shower, shower gel, and hairdryer. For greater comfort and hygiene, we have installed an electric hand dryer instead of a hand towel. One bath towel per guest is provided and placed on the beds.
Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs. Please use it responsibly to ensure proper operation.
The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, tableware for 4 people, standard utensils, and a small dining table. A portable drying rack and an iron are provided for use with the washing machine.
The apartment has everything you need so you don’t have to worry about a thing, offering all the comforts to feel right at home.
Free wireless Wi-Fi is available.
You can request a crib or high chair for your baby when making your reservation if needed.

Perfect location
The location of the apartment is perfect to all things in Madrid. The bed is very firm and the pillows were flat. The bathroom seemed upgraded, but could not sit on the toilet without knees touching vanity. The keys were tricky and took time to learn how to use correctly. I did appreciate the washer.
