I was told i would get my deposit back after my stay as long as the room was in good shape. She gave us an extra 30 min for check out but we were still running late we ended up being a total of an hour later and that was with our extra 30 min. she went to look in the room and said that it looked good and started to walk away when I asked about my deposit she said that she was going to keep the money because we were late checking out.

I was wronged charged and then refused a refund and was told it wasn't thier problem it was management because they were not informed about it, on top of not receiving the room they charged me for

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. But the condition of the room was not great: scratched mirrors, cracked sink, very dirty phone, broken microwave, circular toilet seat on oblong bowl, and the room was freezing for 2 hours while the heater was heating it up and the smell of disinfectant was very very strong when I arrived. I will not stay here again.

The blinds were dirty, bent and open. The floors were very dirty. The room with the separate bed didn’t have a remote to the tv nor did any channels work. The lamp in the room had no way to shut off but to unplug. Holes in the wall.

Old, tired hotel being upgraded

There was no one in the office when we arrived about 6:20. We had to call a number and wait in the cold for the manager to arrive. He was at the local parade. Then we still had to wait in the cold for him to check us in. Rather than letting us in the office, he opened a little window. The first room he gave us the key didn't work. He was very nice however. It's an old, tired hotel that is being upgraded. No extra pillows. Tiny shampoo and soap. Did have microwave and small fridge.

Cigarette burns in comforter. Nonworking Fire Det

I booked a 2 night stay but the property was not safe. The fire detector was hanging by a wire. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. We did not stay. I told front desk we were not staying due to safety reasons, she said I needed to contact hotels.com. I did and I'm still waiting. I also contacted OYO, and still no response. Don't waste your time and money here. Book somewhere else.

This place is in dire need of a remodel. Our bathtub was literally covered with rust. There were chunks of wood missing from the dresser. We were given two bath towels, no hand towels, no washcloths, and the bath towels that we were given were so stained. It was just disgusting.

Room was so small you had to hold onto the bed to get around it for the bathroom. Shower was small you could barely get to wash the bottom part of your body. There was no way to keep from getting your hair wet. The sink didn’t have a counter. The pillow was thin. Woke up with headache. Good part was guy that checked me in was very friendly.
