Nice clean room and atmosphere. The shampoo and shower gel had not been refilled. Breakfast was just ok. Staff was very friendly. Christmas decorations made you feel at home.

The best and courteous staff I’ve ever encountered. Everything was excellent. The only thing that could be better was the thin walls between our room & the next. We heard wake up alarms, voices, and speaker phone conversations.

The power went out Sunday night and there was no one at the desk for hours. My girlfriend, who was on crutches at the time, had to descend a dark stairwell. We could not contact anyone or find a manager anywhere. The cleaning staff were arguing and literally fighting in the lobby. It was a total disaster.
