House nice but outside very dirty!
Pros: The house was nice and roomy and comfortable for all of us. Upon check-in we realized the ice machine wasn't working and the upstairs shower wasn't draining well. I sent the rental company a text and within a few hours a gentleman brought us a couple bags of ice and fixed the drain. I also let them know the master bedroom carpet had stains so we didn't get blamed for them. Cons: linens were ok, only 2 pillow cases given but there were 4 pillows for master bedroom. One bath towel and wash cloth given per person with a few extra towels literally thrown in the drawers (they looked like cleaning towels) One kitchen towel given. The carpet in master had stains as well as the pads on the kitchen chairs.The outside screened porch was very dirty, flag thrown in the corner, cob webs everywhere, chair pads very dirty. Table and all chairs needed a major cleaning. The playset - which was one of the main reasons we rented this house since we brought our 2 year old grandchild - was disgusting, moldy and so dirty. The swings shown in the rental ad weren' t there at all. Firepit area wasn't clean. At checkout I sent an email to the rental company with pictures and asked for a very small refund which they denied.
