Experiência traumática

Hotel faltava até papel higiênico. Passei quatro horas aguardando uma toalha para tomar banho. Hotel vende quartos alem da capacidade de acolhimento. Pois faltavam funcionários. Parte do hotel em reforma. Café da manha faltavam pratos, copos e talheres limpos para os hospedes se servirem. Essa foi a minha experiencia traumática.

Muito boa localização, custo beneficio das instalações é condizente. Único porém é a limpeza. O hotel precisa ser detetizado. Apareceu 2 baratas. Tomei um grande susto. Nao tem pano de secar o pé ao sair do box.

As condições do hotel estão pessimas. Fiquei em um quarto que tinha muita barata pequena, subiam até na cama. Pedi para mudar e olhei dois, um estava com mofo na parede, o outro estava em melhores condições, mas sem água quente. O café da manhã foi um dos piores que já vi, comida feia, ovo ressecado, higiene duvidosa em muitos sentidos. Recomendo que troquem os ralos que são abertos e permite baratas entrarem, assim como detetizar para tirar as barras dos móveis. A cama é super dura e os travesseiros finos. A única coisa boa são os funcionários que são educados e prestativos.

Minha experiencia no hotel não foi boa. A cama é extremamente desconfortável (muito dura), o café da manha é bem ruim (frios ressecados, frutas passando do ponto) e tinha insetos no quarto (baratas e besouros). Apesar disso, os funcionários da recepção nos atenderam muito bem.
