Quarto limpo, prédio limpo apesar de um pouco desgastado. Quarto pequeno com ar condicionado gelando bem. Localização boa por ser próximo a orla e ao shopping. custo benefício bom. Minha frustração quanto ao Café, que começa as 6h e sai 1h antes disso. Acabei viajando sem Café (que estava pago e não haveria descontos por não uso) procurei a recepcionista para verificar a possibilidade de fazer algum lanche pelo menos pra minha filha, mas ela disse que não tinha como.

O quarto é ideal para um casal e uma criança, pq tem cama beliche acima da cama de casal. Tem uma divisão ótima do banheiro, pois todos os espaços podem ser usados ao mesmo tempo, visto que são salas independentes. Pia externa, box de banho e sanitário. Tem frigobar que é ótimo, mas deixou a desejar no café da manhã, muito repetitivo e mofo no teto do quarto. A localização é boa, fica próximo a orla de Jatiúca. No geral vale 7,0.

O hotel atende bem. Mas percebemos alguns pontos a melhorar: 1- não havia toalha de rosto disponível; 2 - ficamos no quarto 903 e o vaso sanitário estava solto balançando ao sentar; e 3 - a TV era um monitor de computador, até que de bom tamanho, mas que da cama não tínhamos clareza da imagem do que era exibida. Pontos positivos foram o Excelente café da manhã e funcionários prestativos.
