Apt new, one block from Ponta Verde beach, leisure area complete with infinity pool, whirlpool, hot tub, games room etc. Queen bed, comfortable sofa bed. The apt is close to the best restaurants and cafes of Maceió, and has 24h laundry in the gallery of the lower floor. Supermarket 300 meters, plus fitness center and shops around the building. Perfect! Beautiful.
