Guests have access to the entire property, including Private dock, Firepit overlooking the lake, Kayaks, Outdoor seating and lounge areas and two parking areas. Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples getaway, fishing trip, remote work escape, or relaxing weekend with friends, this peaceful lakefront retreat offers the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy life on the water. ● No parties or events are permitted on the property. We are fortunate to have wonderful neighbors, and we ask all guests to respect their peace and privacy.
● Pets are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees and other charges.
● For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are in use.

Failure to follow these house rules may result in your reservation being terminated without a refund, and you may be charged for any damages, excessive cleaning, or other associated costs.

Roughly 40 minutes from Lake Lyman. Scenic vineyard setting along SC-11 with wine tastings, patio seating, and live music events.
Victoria Valley Vineyards — near Table Rock
About 50–55 minutes away. One of the prettiest mountain-view wineries in the Upstate with a café, terrace views, and vineyard atmosphere.

Our personal favorite is Parker-Binns Vineyard in Mill Spring, North Carolina is about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes from Lake Lyman depending on traffic and your exact route.

It’s a very doable day trip and one of the prettier winery drives from the lake because you head up toward the Tryon foothills and Blue Ridge mountain area.

Enjoy easy day trips to Parker-Binns Vineyard, Tryon, Asheville, and the Blue Ridge foothills.”
