I booked this hotel for my best friends birthday and the experience we had was very negative.
The hotel staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. Our keycard only worked once in the whole trip and would have to keep coming to the front desk to get the card reactivated but the staff would act like we were bothering them.
After going to the 9th floor and the key not working on arrival, the house keeper let us in the room. However, once she opened the door she told us that the room only had one bed and that wasn’t right and we should have 2 separate beds, implying that we were lesbians and started sighing. This is shocking behavior and was not expected to be discriminated in this way. The room bed was not a queen bed like suggested in the booking but a double bed at best.
The room was also dirty.
The pool changing room had been moped and there was no signage that the floor was wet and was a hazard.
A very bad experience and would not book again.
