Overall very pleased with the house and its amenities. I did not realize the owner and tenet was at the same location. We were not disrupted during the stay. Anyone interested in staying in the area would be pleased with the value and location.

Wonderful Annual Friends Getaway!We recently stayed at this Luray cabin for our annual friends trip in 2025, and it was absolutely fantastic. We had a great time and could not have asked for a better experience!The property itself was outstanding. The cabin was remarkably clean upon arrival and incredibly spacious, easily accommodating our entire group comfortably. It provided the perfect setting for relaxing and making memories.The owner's hospitality truly set this stay apart. He was very hospitable and his communication was excellent both leading up to and during our visit. A major benefit was that he lives on the property, which meant that any small request we had was handled promptly and efficiently.This cabin is managed with care, and the service is top-notch. It is definitely a place that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and stress-free retreat.

We were in town for my son’s wedding . Donald agreed to let us have a meet and greet cookout at his cabin . The cabin was very well equipped for such an event . Kitchen was well stocked with platters, bowls of all sizes and plenty of pots and pan . There was even some things other guest’s left behind that saved us from yet another trip to Walmart . I can’t say enough about this property and the host Donald . I would recommend this cabin to everyone .

Amazing Virginia Mountain Getaway

Don's home is spacious, clean, comfortable, well stocked, organized, and peaceful. The porch boasts a beautiful view of the Shenandoah mountains. We stayed with 8 adults for a retreat and had a beautiful time. Despite the horrible July heat, we felt cool enough inside the home and even on the screened in porches (they had fans!). There were two great living rooms for conversations and connection. The kitchens were big enough to cook all of our meals. The beds were so comfortable and 3 bathrooms were enough for all 8 of us! The bear theme was cute! Don (and his dog Rufus) helped us with check-in and allowed us a relaxed check-out, which was helpful due to the extreme heat. Room for at least 3 cars to park. And the hot tub was great in the evenings! We did not have any issues with anything. Thank you for everything!
