Although the carpet in front of the stairs was a bit dirty, everything was great overall. I’ve visited several times, and the staff at the counter are always friendly.

First I will say we did not get was pictured which is a pedestal unit but beyond that it was very nice. The place could use a touch of paint but everything worked and worked well. The hot tub was nice and the sauna could’ve been but we were unsure if and how much water we could/should use. So we tried a dry heat one and it was ok. The place was big enough to sleep 8 but I think 4 adults and a couple of kids might feel cramped. Then again we slept and ate there and spent the rest of the time hiking or site seeing. A nice looking golf course right off the balcony and ski resort down the road. I would definitely book again but maybe when it’s warmer. Or at least when the slopes are open. Overall a great place to drop and go or stay and find things to do close by.

Two main complaints: Not enough towels. "Sleeps six", but only provides 4 towels. Water heater insufficient. Could not finish a shower or fill the tub without it going cold.

The place had potential, but the power went out, and we had no way to appreciate the amenities, have lights, heat, TV, or cooking. As of now. we have not been offered any compensation. TOTAL BUST!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The activity center pool area was very nice and clean. The unit we stayed in was clean, spacious, had everything we needed for meals. It was dated, could use some updates, but it was clean, comfortable and the area was beautiful. The other guests were friendly and it was quiet and peaceful. There was an issue with the dishwasher and the staff and maintenance had it taken care of immediately! Would definitely stay again.

Only complaint would be the check in hours and communication. Other than that, great property. If you want food theres a bar close open till 10 with some good food. If not, bring your own food. No stores for 45 minutes

Mediocre property with good people

On the 1st night of our stay the bed was broken for the upper floor. We complained on the 2nd day and we were given a 3 BHK house but in that as well the bed was broken! We had a stiff back for the whole day and that resulted into no plans for the next day as everybody had a stiff back Plus there was a whole spider web at the entrance of the 2nd Apartment we moved in

Great Option for Local Biking

This is my go to place when biking in Bryce. The townhouses are kept immaculate and the kitchens are great. It’s an easy bike ride or walk to Bryce and a short drive to Pale Fire brewing or the Burn Barrel. The pool is nice as well. Super great value if you got Basye often for biking.

We saw deer

The family was gathering for time at Lake Laura and some family members have stayed there before. Dish washer and coffee makers didn’t work great but the rest of the kitchen was fine. We have 3 cabins for 11 and it worked out nicely. There were cats and deer we saw on property. We hung out towels to dry and enjoyed the deck on the mid level.
