Lovely Lumbarda

We met by Ivan when the taxi dropped us off. He showed us around and we tasted his homemade liquors! The house is great and we were very comfortable. We all enjoyed the deck and swimming in the Adriatic. Friday nights during the summer there is a little festival that’s a lot of fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

A great time was had by all!

We spent 3 nights in Ivan's wonderful house and had a great time. The location of the house is perfect. We enjoyed breakfast on our porch each morning and evening drinks at the waters edge. We were 2 couples and had more than enough room to be comfortable (4 couples would still be comfortable ). The town of Lombarda is very nice, we walked to 3 different excellent wineries (You must try some Grk!), some wonderful restaurants and were near 2 different food markets. One day we took a 10 minute bus ride into the beautiful walled town of Korcula. We purchased some Olive Oil from Ivan and it was so good we carried it with us on the rest of our 2 week trip to have with bread and cheese daily. Ivan was a wonderful host, the house was immaculate and we would love to return. I would not hesitate to recommend this house. Thank you Ivan!
