Lovely flat on a farm with horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Ground floor: entrance, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine available. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC, with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the 1st floor, accessed by stairs: 1 large living room with a bed (90cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with a single bed (90cm), 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2x 90cm). Towels and bed linen are provided. A cleaning charge of 150 Swiss francs is payable on site. A small table and two chairs are available in front of the entrance. The flat is a 5-minute drive from the beach on Lake Leman, where you can go paddle boarding free of charge. The downhill ski slopes of Saint Cergue, Basse Ruche and Saint Georges are 20 minutes away by car, and the large ski area of La Dôle-les Jouvencelles is 35 minutes away by car. The Givrine cross-country ski runs are a 25-minute drive away, and the Marchairuz cross-country ski runs are a 35-minute drive from Luins. 20 minutes from Geneva, 30 minutes from Lausanne

Voor wie houdt van de charme van het zwitserse platteland kan prima terecht in dit boerderij appartement. Prima uitvalsbasis voor fiets- wandel en autotochtjes doir de wijngaarden en het zeer nabij gelegen meer van Geneve.

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires.
Appartement sur deux niveaux. Le rez-de-chaussée flambant neuf, rénovation magnifique. Grande cuisine superbement équipée et salle de bain très moderne.
A l'étage, les chambres sont un peu petites, contrastant avec un immense salon.
Animaux sympas : chevaux, chèvres, oies, poules.
De belles promenades à faire dans les vignes surplombant la ferme.
