2 blocks from Ludington Beach! You will love staying at this beautiful 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath 2-story condo. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes! Nice deck for coffee or tea in the morning, and nightly gatherings and conversations. This is a duplex but the other unit is only used on occasion. Close to downtown Ludington for shopping, the museums, or ice cream at House of Flavors! Three museums - Sandcastles Childrens Museum, Port of Ludington Maritime Museum, and the Mason County Historical Society.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. I loved that there was everything I could possibly need conveniently in the home. The home was very clean and homey. And it was a quick walk to the beach!

I liked the room, the freedom, and the peace and quiet compared to a hotel/motel. I got the rest i needed, my family came over to hangout and watch some footbal games and we all were comfortable! The big tv and wifi included was a bonus! The trees off of the back porch was comforting and i didnt grt a chance to use the grill, but was thankful that it was there! It was well stocked and the property manager was kind enough to have the hotwater heater turned up a little for my arthritic needs. It is located about 2 blocks from the lake and on windy nights, i heard the crashing of the waves, which is music to my ears! I hope to come back here soon!
