Un hermoso apartamento en el campo a solo 2 km de Lucca

Es un piso encantador, pequeño (65 metros cuadrados), muy especial por su ubicación. De hecho, se encuentra a 1 km de la estación de trenes de Lucca y a 1,5 km del centro, y es posible llegar simplemente caminando por el 1800 'Acquedotto'.
Está en el segundo (y último) piso de un pequeño condominio, 1. 5 km al sur de Lucca. Hay una entrada / hall y una pequeña pared que divide la cocina de la sala de estar. Desde esta área hay acceso a 2 terrazas, una pequeña (una terraza de servicio con máquina de calefacción, un lavabo, etc.) y otra más grande, desde donde hay vistas muy hermosas sobre el 'Acquedotto de 1800' (200 m) y las torres de Lucca Esta terraza es lo suficientemente grande como para tener una mesa para el almuerzo / cena para hasta 4 personas. Hay un baño con ducha y 2 dormitorios, uno doble y otro individual. Existe la posibilidad de acomodar a una persona más en un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Hay lavadora y lavavajillas.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment has everything you need just next door to Lucca which is a really nice walk 10 minutes next to the viaduct.Really comfortable bed fantastic terrace for eating outside on the night time with an amazing sunset love this place and I would recommend it to the next family.Thank you Dario for our stay.

Great place to explore Lucca

We really enjoyed staying at Genni & Dario’s apartment. It is an easy walk to the walled town of Lucca, has fabulous rural views from the balcony, is homely with helpful reading material, and we enjoyed it being cool inside when the days were hot. Our hosts explained everything to us when we arrived and we’re always available by phone or text. A great place to stay.

Fantastic Apartment

We loved every minute staying here! Clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony and view. When it was too rainy to go into Lucca we received incredible hospitality from the local nearby bar next to the pizzeria! Easy to get to train station for our day trips to Florence and Pisa .Highly recommend!!

A lovely, clean no frills flat outside the walls but easy walk to Porte San Pietro.

Dario and Genni were wonderful hosts with very good dining and biking recommendations (CicliMax rocks for serious bicyclists).We thoroughly enjoyed the time in a quiet neighborhood, not a tourist in site! A good fit for those who enjoy a true local experience.

Delightful apartment!

Dario and Genni are wonderful hosts. We loved living in their apartment in the authentic countryside among vegetable gardens, yet only a 10-minute walk via the viaduct to the Lucca city walls! Perfecto!

Lovely apartment near station and old town.

Good 2 bedroom flat. Very kind and welcoming host. Kitchen a little small if you intend to cook a lot (we were a family of 4). Second bedroom has a single bed.

Charming and rustic flat

The hosts, Dario and Genni, are most welcoming and can give recommendations to assist you. There is a lovely view of an ancient Roman aqueduct from the terrace. Twenty minute walk to get inside the wall which was easy. Parking available at the residence. Very nice linens and comfortable bed. perfect apartment

This place is a gem. Very close (5-10 min walk) to the walled part of the city of Lucca and equally as close to the train station for access to many cities around Tuscany. 30 mins to Pisa, 20 mins from the coast of Viareggio, 1 hr by train to Florence, 1 hr to Cinque Terre, 1.5-2 hrs to Siena, 2.5 hrs from Rome. Basically you can use this as your jumping off point for a day trip. The apartment includes everything you need to make meals at home, has a nice balcony for relaxing and reading, has surprisingly fast internet, and also a clothes washer which is very convenient. It's a quiet and peaceful place to lay your head at night after a long day of sight seeing. Dario and Genni are a truly sweet and hospitable couple that are very helpful and prompt to answer any questions. We are so happy that we found this apartment and the wonderful city of Lucca and hope to be back soon.

The ease and peacefulness of location cannot be matched

My husband and I spent 3 weeks in this lovely flat. Genni and Dario met us at the appointed time and were beyond hospitable. They were most helpful with any questions we had and gave detailed instructions from the start. My sister in law was able to stay with us for a few days and Genni and Dario were most accommodating with regard to her visit. We enjoyed the perfect location to Lucca - very easy walk to the walled city which kept us from driving in the heavily trafficked areas - and the train station. We were able to train into Florence for a day and drive our car only 30 minutes for a day on the coast. We enjoyed an amazing time in Lucca and quickly fell in love with the area. After many trips to Tuscany, Lucca is the desired destination in which we will return. And we will again request to be guests of Genni and Dario. Amazingly beautiful people! Grazie mille.

Lucca Apartment with Country Feel

I absolutely loved my stay here. The owners Dario and Genni are both so kind and thoughtful. If you need anything, all you have to do is ask. It is on the top (3rd) floor, so there is no one above you. Very quiet and peaceful. As well, you get a beautiful view of the aqueduct from the balcony just off of the living area. Nice place to sit and read and have a tea or coffee! So relaxing. I also enjoyed going for walks exploring the area. If you are a cyclist , there are so many routes directly from the flat. (Dario is an avid cyclist and an encyclopedia of information) You are also close to Chrono bike shop within the walls of Lucca . It is the best bike shop I have ever been to. You can rent any kind of bike and they are all so helpful. The apartment has many windows so you get lots of natural light. It feels spacious and airy. I had excellent sleeps here. Comfortable bed and pillows......nice breeze. Having a parking stall is convenient too! It is about a 10 -15 minute walk to the walls of Lucca. I always enjoyed my walk to the walls past the aqueduct. Something I looked forward to in the morning. I highly recommend this apartment. Janet from Canada

Für uns mit Abstrichen!

Die Lage der Wohnung in einem Mietshaus zur Innenstadt von Lucca ist gut. Die Einrichtung ist älter und bei der Dusche muss man aufpassen,dass das Badezimmer nicht überschwemmt wird . Die Balkone der Wohnung sind renovierungsbedürftig,so dass sich ein schönes Urlaubsgefühl für uns nicht eingestellt hat.

merveilleuse Lucca, accessible à pied en marchant le long de l'acqueduc à proximité. Dario et Genni sont des hôtes charmants, communicants. Leur appartement est vraiment accueillant et idéal pour rayonner. La gare est à 10 mn et l"e centre ville à 15/20. Le bacon côté couchant est parfait pour l'apértivo ou le petit déjeuner. Je recommande ivivement et espère revenir !

Bellissima esperienza!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui in occasione del Lucca Comics e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione della casa è ottima e ha anche un parcheggio interno. L'appartamento è accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario! Infine, Genni e Dario sono stati veramente gentili e disponibili nei nostri confronti. Sono due persone deliziose! Consigliatissimo!!!

La Toscane est magnifique l'appartement est simple mais largement suffisant pour 4 adultes

Visite de Pise et Florence ou il vaut mieux se garer au parking Michelangelo tout en haut, et marcher, compter quand même 20€ la journée. Lucca est également magnifique et très calme, Les glaces sont formidables ! L'accueil de nos hôtes était très bien je recommande cette location si vous voulez visiter la Toscane. Attention po

Schöne Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben den Aufenthalt rund um genießen können. Der Balkon mit der traumhaften Aussicht ist toll. Es ist alles da was man braucht, die Stadt ist in Laufdistanz.

Casa carina e panoramica

Abbiamo soggiornato da Dario e Genni in occasione dell'ultima Lucca comics, dove eravamo per lavoro. La casa, pur se fuori le mura, è in posizione strategica e gli Host sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. L'unico vero problema riscontrato è stato con la doccia a livello pavimento che allaga a tutto, ma usando gli asciugamani per arginare ne siamo venuti a capo.

Sehr saubere, ruhige und super gelegene Unterkunft in Lucca

Sehr angenehme und außerordentlich hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, obwohl in einem Mehrfamilienhaus gelegen, die Lage zur Stadt, bestens, in ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung wunderschöne Natur (Aquädukt und Bäume). Ganz romantischer Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Aquädukt. Die Wohnung hatte eine ausreichende Größe, einziger Kritikpunkt, war das Badezimmer, da nur ein Duschvorhang vorhanden war, der unzureichend das Wasser zurückhielt. Danach war das Badezimmer zwangsläufig nass. Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
