Your high-quality holiday apartment is located in a dune villa in the BeachBay holiday resort on the Priwall in Lübeck Travemünde. The dune villa is in a quiet location behind the promenade villas. From here you can reach the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade after a short walk.
The bright and modern holiday apartment on the ground floor has a combined bedroom with a cosy double bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. From here you can access your small, private terrace. Here you can enjoy a marvellous view of the landscaped dunes and the fresh sea air.
The holiday apartment also has a modern entertainment system with Blu-Ray player, flat-screen TV and a music system with MP3 connection. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos jug and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.
All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). Winziges Apartement mit Mängeln bei Sauberkeit und Ausstattung
Das Apartement ist auserordentlich klein - durch geschickt aufgenommene Fotos kann man das im Online-Inserat nicht erkennen. Tasächlich hat das Zimmerchen vielleicht 12 m², dazu je 3 m² Bad und Terrasse.
Man konnte erkennen, dass die Flächen irgendwann mal abgewischt wurden, aber in der Dusche ist bestimmt schon ewig nicht mehr geputzt worden - Stockflecken (oder Schimmel?) in den Fugen und den Ecken, ebenso Dreck oder Klebstoffreste um die Spüle.
Zur Ausstattung der Küche gehört nur ein Kapselautomat, keine richtige Kaffeemaschine, es sind weder Geschirrspültabs noch Feudel oder Geschirrtuch vorhanden - die gehören natürlich auch nicht zum Handtuchpaket für 20 Euro/Person. Muss man dankbar sein für die erste Rolle Toilettenpapier, oder hat die der vorherige Mieter dagelassen?
DIESE Wophnung werden wir nicht wieder mieten, obwohl wir von Novasol schonst schon bessere Ferienwohnungen/Häuser hatten!
