Holiday Stay at Tech Terrace Cottage

This charming cottage has everything you need for a perfect comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds and linens are comfortable. The backyard is spacious and the covered back porch was a great place to hang out. Would stay at the property again next we’re in Lubbock.

Cute and quirky house!

This house is absolutely adorable! The fun retro-farmhouse decor is super cute and functional. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and the location could not have been better to attend my son's graduation from TxTech. It would be perfect for attending any event on campus! The kitchen was surprisingly well appointed and I was able to cook for my family just like I do at home. We even had some of my son's friends over and there was plenty of room for us all. The back yard was large and peaceful and great for grilling and relaxing in while our dog's sniffed around and wrestled in the grass. If I ever have a reason to go back to Lubbock, I will definitely stay in this house again!

Wonderful Family Weekend

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend in Lubbock. We had four adults and two kids. The house was the perfect location for us to catch several Tech athletic events and a campus tour. The house was clean and well furnished.

Beautiful & cute home in Tech Terrace! The decor, overall home, and yard were delightful. Owner payed extra attention to every detail & it shows. Feels like you’re living in a cottage from a storybook! The property manager, Jason was excellent with all communication & checked on us periodically to make sure our stay was going well & home was as promised. One of the best property managers I have delt with after many years using VRBO. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Lubbock & will highly recommend this property!

This house is perfect!

I came in to Tech for a lab for my masters. I never thought I would enjoy myself so much. Walking in the front door is joyful. The home is gorgeous! It perfectly updated while maintaining the history of the home. After a challenging day I relaxed in a claw foot tub. Perfection. The next time I come in for class I’ll chose this home again.

No refund for unused cleaning fee.

My wife was rushed to the emergency room, and we could not make our Christmas trip. We were contacted by the property manager regarding the fact that we did not stay in the home. Although we were prepared to part with the cost of the rental itself, we were shocked that the homeowner refused to refund the unused cleaning fee despite knowing that we never checked into the home over the Christmas holiday. Get travel insurance with this homeowner as they will not even waive an unused cleaning fee.
