The host was outstanding. I had a few questions during our stay, and the host responded promptly. The house was clean and beautiful, and the kitchen and bathroom drawers were labeled for fast, easy access.

The host was great to work with throughout our stay - very responsive and accommodating except for the dryer situation mentioned below.The house was clean and spacious, but showing signs of decline especially on the front walk and various doors. 8 family members stayed in the house while we were in the area for a funeral. The beds were comfortable and having 3 full bathrooms accommodated our group very well.Upon arrival, a couple of family members did laundry since they had already been out of town for a week before unexpectedly coming to Lubbock for a funeral. They washed some clothes, but were unable to dry them due to the dryer not heating. After multiple attempts to try different dryer settings, it did not turn on at all. The host was aware of this before our arrival, but did not make us aware. Having no other option, we hung all the various clothing items to dry which was not a very ideal situation. The host was apologetic, but we wish we had known the dryer was not working before having wet clothes that we weren't able to dry.In comparison to other short-term rental properties, we think the kitchen could have been stocked a little better with more cooking equipment, bowls and utensils.Overall, we had a good stay in this home for a couple of days. We rate our overall stay as a 4 out of 5.

The property is very spacious. The dining area has 2 separate tables with lots of seating and looks out over the outdoor patio. There are two living areas. The back room has a large bank of recliners in front of a large screen TV. The master bedroom is very large with a separate balcony and has master bath with shower and sunken tub both with multiple jets. 2 car garage and nice neighborhood.

I was so thrilled when I saw both the outside & the inside. It was beautiful and so comfortable. I kept wishing I could spend more time in the house. There is a back patio I would have loved sitting out on at night. That wasn’t possible for our schedule so I enjoyed what time I could.

Pictures do not do the property justice.First, the neighborhood is gorgeous. Quiet and close to TTU, shopping and nice restaurants.Garage parking a plus, especially for my son’s college move in.This place was spot-less. Family very room large and homey feel. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of dinning seating.Bedrooms are so comfortable. Bathrooms clean and neat with all the essentials.Master bath enormous. Outside seating is perfect for morning coffee or evening dinner. Pool a plus although we didn’t get as much time outdoors as expected. Hosts are quick to respond and super kind. Highly recommend if you are needing family time when visiting your TTU student. Will return.

Best stay ever
