Ă fuir absolument.
DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons eu lâimpression que lâhĂŽtel ne connaissait absolument pas notre rĂ©servation. Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© deux chambres, mais cela nâavait manifestement pas Ă©tĂ© pris en compte : on nous a demandĂ© plus de quatre fois combien de chambres Ă©taient rĂ©servĂ©es.
Une fois dans la chambre, la situation Ă©tait encore pire. La lumiĂšre de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. En regardant le lit, nous avons dĂ©couvert des poils partout : sur le drap, lâoreiller et la literie. Les draps et oreillers Ă©taient clairement sales et non lavĂ©s.
Nous lâavons immĂ©diatement signalĂ©. La responsable a fait venir des enfants pour changer le lit devant nous, ce qui est choquant et inacceptable. Pire encore, seul le drap-housse a Ă©tĂ© changĂ© : les oreillers et la couverture, pourtant sales eux aussi, sont restĂ©s inchangĂ©s. Un manque total dâhygiĂšne.
Jâai contactĂ© lâassistance, qui a joint lâhĂŽtel. MalgrĂ© ce que nous avons constatĂ© de nos propres yeux, lâĂ©tablissement a affirmĂ© que toutes les chambres Ă©taient propres et lavĂ©es, ce qui Ă©tait faux.
Face Ă cette situation inadmissible, nous avons rendu les clĂ©s et sommes partis dormir ailleurs. Aucun remboursement ne nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©, malgrĂ© lâĂ©tat de la chambre et les problĂšmes signalĂ©s.
Nây allez pas, je dĂ©conseille fortement. Cet Ă©tablissement fait preuve dâun sĂ©rieux manque de professionnalisme, de transparence et surtout dâhygiĂšne.
