Major lack of communication. Sink did not work so couldn’t cook due to not being able to do dishes . I feel a partial refund is owed due to all the inconveniences of a host who doesn’t communicate

Host was completely unresponsive. Carpet dirty and gross. No TVs or wall decor just plain walls. Door code was changed our first morning so we were locked out of unit. Messaged host for help got no response all weekend. Luckily another resident in the complex gave us new code. Toilet did not flush properly. Owners are from Brazil apparently. No not rent ! Complete nightmare. Really a poor trip caused by this unit and the host.
