Awesome spot
This was a great bang for your buck with a family as opposed to a hotel. The house was super clean, with nice added touches like coffee and the hot tub was a great bonus in the snow !

3 day stay
The property was easy to locate and had ample driveway parking and even some garage space that could be utilized. The property was very spacious for our small group and allows a lot of separation for larger groups between the upper floor and the basement recreation area and additional bedrooms in the basement. Easy to deal with as far as booking and the overall stay process. Property included numerous additional items in the kitchen area such as a variety of coffees. Kitchen area was well stocked with numerous utensils for about anything you would want to cook. Overall, recommend this property.

Grandchildren’s birthday trip
Our 5 family members enjoyed our stay immensely. With 3 family members aged 80 -92 the two bedrooms on the main level were spacious and gave them easy access without having to do any stairs. The downstairs bedroom was comfortable also. Wonderful kitchen and dining areas and a well stocked kitchen as well. We will definitely stay here again. Very convenient location to visit our family in Fort Collins.

Family Gathering
This property is wonderful! Everything was better than described. Very clean. Most well stocked VRBO we have rented. Nothing was lacking. Enough basic kitchen and bathroom supplies to last a group of 10 for a full week. Plenty of room for all (ages 6 - 80) to enjoy their own spaces and activities. Communication with management team was exceptional. Easy checkin and checkout.

Perfect Home Base in Loveland!
This home was wonderful for our group— me, husband (40-somethings), our 12 year old son, my sister (40-something) and 14 year old niece. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. The ping pong and foosball in the basement encouraged a week-long evening competition between the two moody teenagers. There was plenty of space in this home for us to spread out, or all come together to hang out and watch movies or play games. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we could need for cooking meals at home after day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Cheyenne, WY, Colorado Springs, etc. This place even has a usable garage, which we didn’t think we’d use until it started hailing one night. It was so nice to move the rental car inside and not risk hail damage. Overall, I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone! If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay
We recently stayed at this property with our family of five and our dog. The space was ample and accommodating for all of us, which we greatly appreciated.
The furniture, although functional, showed signs of wear and could benefit from an update. The cleanliness of the property was generally good, but there were areas where it could have been bette (BBQ)
The kitchen, while serviceable, could use an upgrade to enhance the overall experience. Despite these minor issues, the location of the property was convenient. It was good and provided easy access to shops, tourist areas, and the nearby mountains.
Our host was kind and helpful throughout our stay, which added to the overall positive experience.
In conclusion, this property offered a comfortable stay for our family. With a few improvements, it has the potential to provide an even better experience for future guests.

We had a great stay at the Canyon Hot Tub Retreat! The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. We appreciated the toys in the basement for our children. We LOVED this rental!
This house is much more spacious than it appears on VRBO.My husband and I had our adult daughter and her husband as well as our younger daughter staying with us. Our son lives in the area and frequently visited, and we all spent the holiday together. This house has so much living space that we and our three dogs were able to relax fully. The upstairs living room is cozy and comfortable as is the full dining room and well-stocked kitchen. The downstairs includes two bedrooms and a huge living area with pingpong table, foosball table, large sectional and widescreen tv. The yard is fully fenced which made it very easy with our dogs. The property manager called during our visit to ensure everything was perfect, which I really appreciated. It's a lovely neighborhood, and we discovered a nearby trail to walk the dogs. Very close to everything, including JAX, which we had never heard of but is kind of a True Value meets REI, with everything from North Face to candles. They rent skis, spikes, etc. too, if you plan some adventures like we did. Safeway and Sprouts are very close, and historic Loveland was very enjoyable. The property management firm sent someone by a few times during our visit to shovel and spread no-slip sand type stuff since it snowed. That person was completely unobtrusive, quick, and thorough. Their is a terrific laundry room/mudroom, with excellent, updated machines. The entire place was super clean. We would book here again in a heartbeat.

Spacious family home with all essentials
This home is perfect for a big family. It has lots of space and is very clean. Unlike most rentals this home has essentials provided more than for one time use. For example, trash bags, soaps, laundry detergent, extra blankets and paper towels.
They have towels in every bathroom. There is a shortage of wash rags. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook with.
The yard is very spacious for activities and it is fenced in.
The owner is flexible and answers quickly. I had to change my booking two times.
Overall 5/5.
