Le Papillon Vert - Loupiac DE LA Reole

Located in the South Gironde, about 5 km south of La Réole, a medieval town on the banks of the Garonne and only 500 meters from the village of Loupiac de La Réole, our cottage is ideally located for exploring the surrounding countryside: the greenway, the canal lateral to the Garonne, the Fontet leisure center and its nautical stopover, the Entre-deux-mers vineyard and many more. It is located on a large enclosed plot of land with relaxation areas, terraces, children's games (swing). The cottage consists of a beautiful, bright living room opening onto the two terraces, with a fitted kitchen, dining room and living room (insert fireplace), three bedrooms (2 140x190 beds and two 90x190 beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with electric heating. You will have a large covered terrace with a built-in barbecue facing east and a second south-facing terrace. Easily accessible, the cottage is located approximately 5 km from the highway. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for rent (fee-based services). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.
