Our stay was very comfortable. The unit was clean and well furnished. We were very pleased with ample parking close to the unit. The host was communicative and I felt assured that if we had any issues, they would have been addressed immediately.

This cottage really was charming! It was perfect for us for a two day stay. Location was great for all the places we visited. We had zero problems with the neighborhood so for those who thought it was sketchy we did not find it to be. Kitchen had everything you could need and the host was great!

Very clean and well decorated. Great parking area and easy to access places for entertainment. Property Manager Shannon was so kind and helpful throughout the visit. Will stay again when we are in town. Thanks for providing a great place to stay

Place was cozy and close enough to the Louisville Expo Center. Kitchen was stocked for cooking and both bathrooms and bedrooms were furnished well. There was decent AC as well. Location is next to a beautiful church. Downside was the beds were very firm (so if you like that this is great for you) and the doorknobs were a bit old so hard to open, but aside from that everything else was great and I would return to stay here again for sure

Location was very convenient and the accommodations were clean and plenty of room. The area made me feel a bit uneasy with people sitting outside across the street virtually all night.

Came to town for NSRA show. Cottage was very nice, and close to the KY Expo Center. Beautiful decor. Host were great as well.

This is in an old house down town. It looks to be a work in progress. The person who took the pictures for this property did a great job of staging. It felt like going to visit a very old grandma who keeps everything. Definitely needs to upgrade the linens and bedding, etc.

I don't stay at a lot of VRBOs,, perhaps 4 or 5 per year. I've been staying at them for the last 10 years, so maybe it has been more than a few. I've stayed in the mountains in million cabins, and on the beach in swanky waterfront properties. I can however, say that this was among the nicest I have every stayed at. Clean, homey, well apointed and convenient. Absolutely no issues. Many thanks!

Great hosts! Beautiful cottage. There is a second floor place where you can hear everything - foot steps, talking, etc - so if you’re a light sleeper pack ear plugs!

Great stay

The Churchill Downs cottage was nice and clean and fully stocked with towels, toiletries, paper towels, kitchen supplies, dishes and utensils. It was only about 10 minutes from the Kentucky Expo Center and restaurants near downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay.

Cozy little home away from home

My daughter and I stayed for a weekend while visiting friends. We found the home to be quite comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We hosted friends for breakfast, it was great to linger over coffee without being rushed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in the need for lodging in Louisville again we will definitely stay there.

I don’t recommend

We had ants in the kitchen and they had left spray for us to use, which really didn’t work. The carpets in both bedrooms were disgusting and either needed to be cleaned or actually replaced. The mattress on the bed in the yellow bedroom. Was sagging in the middle and needs to be replaced. It was also a duplex with an upstairs unit, which is not in the listing and you can hear everything from whoever is staying upstairs. I do not recommend.

LOVED LOVED LOVED!!!

Check in was a breeze, we were 20 min from anywhere in Louisville. It was decorated so nice , Beds super comfortable, well stocked amenities . Never felt uneasy in that location and we were coming back late from our adventures about town . After midnight most of the time. Was quiet for being downtown. We were celebrating my sister's 50th Birthday that weekend with concerts museums, thrifting. A great place !!! Definitely will stay there again for my overnight travels . Oh and there was a Keurig and 2 Coffee pots, and a very well stocked kitchen!! We had no issues but communication was very quick with the property managers for information we needed.
