The spacious living room, complete with a decorative fireplace, provides a cozy spot to unwind and relax. Additionally, there's a beautiful butler pantry (scullery) where you can conveniently stock up on your drinks. For added convenience, a half bathroom is located on this floor. To top it off, the peaceful front porch offers a serene space to sit back and relax.
Second Floor: The second floor features three large and comfortable bedrooms, designed to ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone. There's also a versatile study/work area that doubles as a family or movie room, equipped with a large TV where your group can catch up, work, or enjoy a relaxing movie night. Great Location
This is a short Uber ride to whiskey row and a short walk to a ton of restaurants.The only complaint is most of the restaurants do not open for lunch but we were able to find something close. The only complaint on the house is there is not really a place to hang out outside and have a drink or 2. Owner was very responsive and non intrusive

Perfect Location - gorgeous historical home!
We had a group of college roommates and our families together and this house was perfect! We were able to hang out throughout the house in different gathering spaces (love the family room upstairs - such pretty light!) Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Historic home with lots of character.
The location is so convenient for getting all around Louisville - we especially loved being able to put baby in the stroller and walk to so many different restaurants. Especially loved Gralehaus for brunch (get the grits!)
